Aegean Destinations
We focus on three distinct regions of Turkey's Aegean coast — Bodrum, Cesme, and Datca. Each chosen for its own character and the quality of experience it gives to visiting families and travellers.
Three regions, each distinct
The Aegean coast spans hundreds of kilometres. We curate only where the coast is genuinely exceptional — three regions with their own personality and their own appeal.
Bodrum Peninsula
Turkey's most cosmopolitan Aegean coast. A working harbour, whitewashed architecture, and seafront properties with direct water access within reach of the town's restaurants and culture.
Cesme Coast
Crystalline water, consistent Aegean winds, and long sandy beaches backed by stone villas. Cesme suits guests who want natural beauty without sacrificing comfort or access.
Datca Peninsula
A long, narrow headland where pine forest meets the sea on both sides. The most unspoiled of the three, chosen for guests who want genuine seclusion and wild, undisturbed coastline.
What each region offers
Every destination has its own character. Here is what makes each one worth the journey, and who tends to find it right for them.
Energy and Elegance on the Same Harbour
Bodrum occupies a narrow peninsula between two wide bays. The main town anchors a working marina packed with traditional wooden gulets and a medieval castle that turns amber at sunset. The coastline beyond is quieter — stone villas perched above small coves, each with its own private access to the water.
Our Bodrum properties sit in the calmer stretches of the peninsula, away from the summer crowds but within easy reach of the town's restaurants, markets, and harbour life when you want them. Bodrum suits guests who want a full Mediterranean experience: culture, food, and sea in a single destination.

Clear Water and Long, Open Beaches
Cesme is Turkey's westernmost Aegean peninsula, with sandy beaches that remain cleaner and less crowded than the busier resort coasts further south. The sea here is famously transparent — water visibility that makes swimming feel different. The reliable afternoon Meltemi wind keeps summers comfortable and draws guests from across northern Europe.
The stone villas of Cesme sit behind low walls and terraced gardens overlooking the water. This is a quieter, more understated destination — guests typically come for the sea and the air. It suits families and couples whose idea of a perfect day is a long morning swim followed by fresh seafood at a small harbour restaurant.

The Wildest and Most Secluded Stretch
Datca extends 75 kilometres into the sea, growing narrower and wilder as it goes. Pine forests cover the ridgeline and fall steeply to the water on both sides. There are no resort complexes, no busy beaches — the coastline is largely accessible only by boat. The small town retains a working fishing harbour and a daily market that operate year-round.
Properties here sit on elevated plots with views across to the Greek islands on clear days. Datca is for guests who want complete separation from the ordinary holiday coast — stone buildings, unpopulated bays, and the quiet that only comes from genuine remoteness. Our curation on Datca is deliberate and small: we list very few properties here, and each is chosen with particular care.
